RETURNS POLICY

How do I return any unwanted or unsuitable items?

We are sorry if you are not happy with your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, you have 28 days from the date you receive your order to return it to us at N8London. Items returned must be in a re-saleable condition.  This includes being unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as when received, including having all the original packaging and labels attached.  Any items that fail to meet this criteria will not be accepted.

Once we have received your message we will contact you with further instructions, including a postage paid label with the return address for UK and EU purchases. Please ask for proof of postage. This is available from your post office, at no extra cost, with standard delivery if requested. Please note, we can only refund lost parcels with this proof of delivery.

Refunds will be transferred into your original paying account within 14 days of your items being received.

Faulty items

Should you receive a faulty/damaged item please notify us using the contact form, stating your Order Number and the nature of the fault, including a photo if possible.

Postage for the return of faulty items will be provided to all delivery destiations. Refunds will be transferred into your original paying account within 14 days of your items being received. We will confirm with you the value of postage to be provided based on your location and the item being returned.

You have 21 days to return the item after you have notified us of the fault.
